Where do we ship from?

We are based and ship your parcels from sunny Singapore!

How much is shipping?

For deliveries within Singapore:

  • Normal Delivery : Free for all local orders above $50 and $5 for orders below $50
  • Expedited Delivery: Flat fee of $15

How long will delivery take?

For deliveries within Singapore, please refer to the table below:

  • Normal Delivery: 2 to 5 working days (excluding the order date)
  • Expedited Delivery: Next working day (order by 4pm the previous day)

For international orders, we ship through a reliable delivery partner. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as PayPal.

We absorb all relevant transaction fees related to your purchase, with the exception of GST/VAT incurred on international orders. Please check in with your relevant authorities before purchase.

What if I have an issue or made a mistake after checking out?

Please check all order information before completing your purchase. If you encounter any issues or realise you've made a mistake, contact us via myspringfling@gmail.com immediately.

We will do our best to assist you. Please include your order number and any other relevant information to help us locate your order.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy also applies to sale items, which are strictly non-refundable. Our pre-loved items will show signs of previous use and will not feel brand new.

Do carefully review all item photos before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood our FAQs and policies.

Why does my item not look new?

Since we offer a diverse selection of secondhand and pre-loved products, some wear and tear is to be expected. We strive to accurately represent this with the detailed photos provided for each product listing.

Please anticipate normal signs of use for all pre-loved items.

If you have any specific questions or requirements, please reach out to our team before making a purchase. We are here to assist and advise you further.

Are your items authentic?

Yes, we only list items that we bought from the brands direct or have been rigorously checked for authenticity.

Additionally, we can provide a LegitGrails/Entrupy certificate upon request for an additional charge (borne by the buyer).

We offer a full money-back guarantee for any items found to be inauthentic. This guarantee is valid within 30 days if the item is authenticated as inauthentic by the brand itself with an official letterhead.

The item must be returned in its original condition with all accessories included.

Why do the items and images look different (colour and measurements)?

On-screen colours differ from device to device. We will be happy to provide more photos, should you require. Shoot us an email at myspringfling@gmail.com.

Measurements for items are taken to our very best ability. Please allow for a ± 5cm difference as well as any odd shape item variations. 

Do the items come with authenticity cards, dustbags and/or receipts?

Most of our items are pre-loved and usually will not come with the these original receipts, dustbags, authentication papers. However, we will include in the description in our product listings, where available.
