Refunds Policy

1. Overview

At MySpringFling, we are committed to ensuring the authenticity of every item we sell. Due to the nature of our pre-loved luxury products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is proven inauthentic by the original brand.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following condition:

  • Inauthenticity: If the item is deemed inauthentic by the original brand. Proof of inauthenticity must be provided in black and white from the brand itself. 

3. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item at myspringfling@gmail.com.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation, and an official document from the brand confirming the item's inauthenticity (black and white proof required).

We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

4. Return Shipping

If a refund is approved due to inauthenticity, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with all original accessories, within 5 days via tracked postage or courier.
