2. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping both within Singapore and internationally to selected countries. Please note that not all items may be eligible for international shipping due to size or other restrictions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Within Singapore:
    • Standard Delivery: Free for orders above SGD 50. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of SGD 5 applies.
    • Expedited Delivery: Available for a flat fee of SGD 18.
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply.

4. Delivery Times

  • Within Singapore:
    • Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 working days (excluding the date of order).
    • Expedited Delivery: Next working day (cut-off time: 4 pm the previous day).
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary by destination and will be provided at checkout. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

6. Packaging

Your items will be securely packaged with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

7. Restrictions

Please note that we are unable to ship large items internationally. Additionally, shipping to certain countries may be restricted or unavailable due to local regulations.
